 The Purple Heart Anglers welcome you.
The Purple Heart Anglers have one purpose, to serve the needs of the community and by serving those needs produce a program that aids in the healing of the wounded warriors of the United States military and their families. It is our intention that their service and performance of their commitment be honored for what it is; placing the wellbeing and security of this nation before themselves, even their own lives. It is truly beyond words and is deserving of all that we can give in return.
We are connecting individuals, private companies, non-profit organizations and Government agencies so there is a community in place to serve the past, present and future wounded warriors. It is our goal they have mental, emotional and physical access to the community they served and are honored for their commitment and service to our country. We are producing safe, fun outdoor experiences. There are numerous events planned in California at this time.
Mission Statement of Purple Heart Anglers
It is the goal of the Purple Heart Anglers to produce a program that aids in the healing of the wounded warriors of the United States Military. By connecting individuals, private companies, non-profit organizations and Government agencies, a community is in place to serve the past, present and future wounded warriors that they may continue to have mental, emotional and physical access to the country they served and are honored for their commitment and service to that community.
In keeping with our Mission Statement to connect individuals, private companies and non-profits, we are creating a networking community made up of businesses and individuals who understand our vision and our efforts. The Houston Family is taking over the Hilltop Grocery, Bait and Tackle in Half Moon Bay, California and restoring the long time nature of the store. Purple Heart Anglers will operat...e the bait and tackle shop with all those proceeds going to help support our cause. The building has been a landmark since the 1920s and we look forward to serving our community and our disabled vets at our new location.
Every day there will be Coffee and pastry for any Veteran at no cost courtesy of Starbucks of Manteca CA. and Costco.

There are five levels of participation beginning with “GERMAN BROWN” and progressing to “KING SALMON”.
